Fleming, a sports analytics expert with a PhD in Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU), brings deep expertise in player evaluation, roster optimization, and fan data modeling to Blueprint’s expanding data & analytics division.
Before joining Blueprint Sports, Fleming was a data scientist at SumerSports, where he designed and implemented player value systems and front office tools for NFL and college football teams, and consulted on in-game strategy, player identification, coaching searches, and roster construction. As Head of Analytics, his appointment signals Blueprint Sports’ ongoing investment in data-informed strategies for basketball and football that help athletic programs maximize NIL potential and enhance student-athlete success.
